Polystyrene Cladding Wall System

Polystyrene cladding  is a lightweight thermal insulation panel comprising of dense polystyrene with fibreglass mesh on top ready for the application of acrylic render available in variable thicknesses, which provides  insulation over the entire wall system, giving comfort and frame protection like no other wall cladding. This can be installed on new or renovated homes.

 

Texture/ Granosite Coating

A flexible Acrylic based coating with a natural coloured texture finish use on cement or acrylic rendered walls such as brick, block, concrete, Blue board or Polystyrene etc, with a  colour of your choice or base colour done by layer of primer, texture coat and then sealer coat to protect from the weather.

 

Acrylic Render

A type of render that is used with acrylic which is a type of plastic in the mix which can be used external and internal. The acrylic makes the render much stronger and more flexible than traditional rendering mixes, which means that it is much less likely to crack after it has been applied.

Acrylic rendering is incredibly  attractive and it can be applied in a range of ways, allowing you to create different finishes that is smooth just like concrete or attractively textured. 

A benefit of acrylic rendering is that it can be applied to a range of substrates including brick walls, block, Hebel , concrete, blue board, polystyrene,  Painted walls, face brick, timber and fibre cement. Apart from brick & Block walls traditional cement render simply cannot stick to the other surfaces.

 

Cement Render

A premixed of sand and cement with a flat finish, smoothed and sponged to improve the appearance and weather resistance of brick, block and concrete Structure. It is often textured, coloured or painted after application and is generally used on external walls also can be used to feature an interior wall.

 

Plaster Set

Is specially designed for direct application over previously painted substrates (internal or external) including those finished with acrylic or cement render. Plaster Set Finishes very flat and with consistent whiteness, ready for painting, wax or polish to achieve the aesthetic finish desired with a thickness of 1-4mm.
